But will this work for me?
Absolutely.
Our workouts have beginner, intermediate, and advanced variations and rep recommendations so you can get the workout you need, at the level you’re most comfortable with. All you have to do is show up and do the work.
We want to stimulate you, not annihilate you with your work out.
Do I need a lot of equipment?
*No.
Unless you are joining us for *indoor cycling (you’ll need a *stationary bike for that class), you can do the rest of our workouts with basic fitness equipment that you have around your home such as free weights or even your own body weight. We keep it simple to exercise.
If you are looking for an indoor cycling bike – we recommend Schwinn brand bikes.
