Instead I believe in something called flexible health and wellness coaching.
I will work with you where you are at, taking into consideration what you love to eat and do, and create a plan that while it will stimulate you, it won’t annihilate you!
Because if you are enjoying it, you’ll keep doing it.
We will make changes as needed to help you get to the next level in your health and fitness journey so you can create a lifestyle. Lifestyles are permanent, diets are temporary.
