Instead, I believe in something called flexible health and wellness coaching.

I will work with you where you are at, taking into consideration what you love to eat and do, and create a plan that while it will stimulate you, it won’t annihilate you!

Because if you are enjoying it, you’ll keep doing it.

Working out with Eric is the highlight of my day. I have worked with a few different trainers in my day. Three months ago, I presented Eric with a pretty tall order; to be in great shape for my 40th birthday. I hadn’t worked out in a couple of years in any consistent manner, and was the heaviest/least fit I’d ever been. Clearly not one to back a way from a challenge, we started training immediately.

Through nutrition coaching, a very detailed workout plan (new every week) and some tough love, I have to say I’m blown away at the results. I feel the best I have in years, lost inches where I needed to, and gained more muscle than I thought was possible in that time frame. I felt amazing turning 40 and can’t wait to see the results after another 3 months!


I found out about Eric through our neighborhood newsletter, and it was one of the luckiest days of my life. We had a phone consultation to discuss my goals and what I was wanting in an online trainer, and we immediately started working with each other. I can honestly say I’ve never been disappointed in my decision. He always responds quickly to any questions or confusions I have, and I can’t tell you how much I’ve learned since I started working with him, and I wasn’t a novice when we started. He creates varied workouts for me, so they are constantly changing, and they keep me learning and growing. He modifies them to fit with the workout equipment that is available (I started working out from home when the gyms were closed during the pandemic). The workouts always have videos that show the proper way to do the exercise to get the most out of them and keep injuries away. I’ve learned about the importance of exercise tempos, time under tension, and the importance of warming up and cooling down. Besides being a great guy, Eric is always positive and helpful, ALWAYS!
