Instead, I believe in something called flexible health and wellness coaching.
I will work with you where you are at, taking into consideration what you love to eat and do, and create a plan that while it will stimulate you, it won’t annihilate you!
Because if you are enjoying it, you’ll keep doing it.
I will make changes as needed to help you get to the next level in your health and fitness journey, so you can create a lifestyle. Lifestyles are permanent, diets are temporary.
